All About The Chronos Club (Club Level) at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort

We recently returned from my birthday trip to Walt Disney World. While planning the trip we decided to stay club-level at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. It's our favorite moderate resort and we've called it home many times but never in a club-level room.

The Chronos Club is the club-level lounge at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort located on the 15th floor of the Gran Destino Tower. Our room was also on the 15th floor only a short walk from the club which made it extremely convenient to make the most of it.

Notification that our room was ready was received as soon as I turned my phone off airplane mode when we landed after our flight from Chicago.

My husband and I choose to rent a car for the week we were in Orlando and used National Rental Car at MCO. The car was waiting for us and we were on our way to Disney property quickly.

On arrival at Coronado Springs, we parked the car and headed straight to The Chronos Club were we greeted by a friendly Cast Member. He asked if we had any questions, provided us with a letter with information on The Chronos Club (operating hours, etc.), and wished us a Magical Vacation!

Of course, we had to take a quick walkthru of the lounge and were impressed with the offerings, size of the lounge, and amenities. There are wall-to-ceiling windows with an amazing view of Walt Disney World, you can see Spaceship Earth, Tower of Terror and Galaxy Edge, and more! Also, in the lounge are nice bathrooms, coffee machines, a refrigerator filled with various cold drinks, table games, and many tables to sit at. You could spend the entire day in the lounge.

We grabbed a few drinks and headed to our room to unpack. Our room was beautiful and spacious! It included robes, a living area, plenty of closet & shelving space, a king bed, a large shower plus the same view as the lounge.

El Mercado, Coronado's quick-service location has the best nachos, so we grabbed some after unpacking and found a table outside. Since we had been traveling most of the day we wanted to get some fresh air and enjoy the gorgeous weather and the outside space at the resort.

Dessert in the lounge is from 8 pm -10 pm. After our delicious nachos, we went back upstairs to get dessert and wait for the 9 pm showing of Epcot's Harmonious. The view was great and the lights were dimmed when the show started. It was a fantastic way to spend our first night.

Breakfast each morning was from 7 am - 10:30 pm which was perfect for us. Coffee and beverages are available starting at 6:30 am for the early risers. Offerings each morning changed a little so guests don't get bored. For a few days we had eggs & bacon and then some days frittata & sausage. Continental offerings included muffins, croissants, cereal, and toast Having a hot-cooked breakfast was very appreciated and made the value even better. As we left for the day, we would take water and pop for the trip to the park.

From 10:30 am - 5 pm, the selections included snacks like veggies & dip, uncrustables, granola bars, chips, cookies, pretzels, goldfish, and the beverage station was open. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of things that were available during this time.

Hot food is served from 5 pm -7 pm and is enough for dinner, in my opinion. One nigh there was salad, bread & tomatoes, cheeses, meats & olives, veggies & dips, steak, peppers & onions, grouper appetizer, and noodles & sauce. Alcohol is included and available.

We both felt the convenience, atmosphere, amenities, and staff made the cost of Club-Level beneficial. In order to optimize the cost we consciously planned our day around what was offered in the lounge. Unless we were in the park we ate in the lounge and beverages came from there as well. The option to watch Harmonious from the lounge while enjoying desserts and a beverage was very nice.

Cast Members make all Disney trips magical and the Club-Level Cast Members are top-notch and very attentive.

Two robes were included in our room which I loved and added to the value.
